What company doesn’t have a logo? I’ll wait…
Logos are not just limited to companies, people have logos as well. Take President Barack Obama for example and all the current republican presidential candidates, they all have logos.
But why? Logos are just symbols or words decorated with graphics right? WRONG! Logos are used to represent and identify a product, service, person, place, etc.
Logos are vital for branding. If you don’t think a logo is important just think if they didn’t exist when you woke up tomorrow morning. You go to the kitchen for breakfast and someone pours you a bowl of cereal from a blank brown box with the phrase corn cereal on it. How would you react? However, if the box had a Kellogg’s logo on it along with the Frosted Flakes logo, you’d be less skeptical.
If you weren’t sold on the cereal scenario, try this.
Can you identify the companies associated with these logos?
You see, logos are THAT powerful and that’s why you need one.
Meanwhile, you should get to know this one.
P.S. For those who have been sleeping under a rock those logos belong to 1. Nike 2. Apple 3. Pepsi 4. Olympics 5. Batman
